The green army man

we took from class

to play with at recess

Lost him in the grass

we looked all recess

but he stayed hidden

Our promise not to tell

of our theft and the lost

green man in the grass

You moved to Greencastle

I knew nothing of Greencastle

but I envied you

Living in a green castle

with a green army man

guarding the door
