Some days, I feel good

about my unruly COVID hair

wind blown like the gods

in paintings of Greek myths

Then I do Facebook LIVE

and my wife says

I need to comb my hair

and get it out of my face

I stand in front of the bathroom mirror

no bulging biceps, lats or abs

I crawl under the blanket

fall asleep and snore
